Purpose of the App
Gram is a portfolio tracking and informational pricing app for gold, silver, and currency reference data. It is not a trading platform, brokerage, exchange, dealer, bank, or financial adviser.
No Financial Advice
Gram does not provide investment, financial, accounting, tax, legal, buy, sell, hold, or trading advice. Gram does not provide recommendations to buy or sell gold, silver, currencies, or any other asset. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions and should consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
Price Data
Prices shown in the app are global estimates and displayed in your selected account currency. They are not guaranteed local market prices and may differ from actual buy or sell prices because of making charges, taxes, local market conditions, availability, and dealer spreads. The public website does not fetch live prices.
Accounts
You must create an account using email and password to use the app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the accuracy of the information you enter into the app.
Subscriptions
Gram offers a Free plan, Monthly Premium, and Yearly Premium. The Free plan has limits on purchase records and some analytics. Paid Premium plans unlock the app's current services without those free-plan limits. There is no lifetime purchase option. All paid subscriptions are handled through Apple In-App Purchases and are managed through your Apple ID.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with backend systems, or use the app in a way that violates applicable laws, platform rules, or these terms.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account from inside the app. Deletion permanently removes your account and stored portfolio data from our systems and cannot be undone.
Changes and Availability
We may update the app, website, pricing, subscription availability, or these terms from time to time. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service where necessary for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
